Homemade Healthy “Nutella”

Easy, healthy, balanced, fulfilling and packed with nutrients, this recipe is easy and make a good alternative for breakfasts and snacks. Kids love to eat this Nutella inspired chocolate cream with sliced banana – it sure recharges them with lots of energy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp of pure cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 1 banana

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth, add more water if necessary to reach a paste consistency. Adjust the amount of honey to your taste. Slice the banana and cover with the chocolate cream. enjoy it!

This recipe is very versatile, alternatively, you can use unsweetened peanut butter or cashew butter instead of Almond butter, also use milk instead of water and add any fruit combination that you like.
