Using breath, movement, and specific postures tat relieve stress, we will journey through a refreshing and renewing practice for your whole being.
Beyond that, you will deepen your understanding and personal practice of stress-reduction and mindfulness by exploring simple breathing and meditation techniques in an interactive workshop. Katia Martinho will give some effective and natural homeopathic and nutritional secrets which will have you radiating with a sense of well-being. She will also offer effective and natural detoxification methods in case you happen to overdo it on the food and drink through this joyful season.
